Juliet is from Moose Deer Point First Nation and has 16 years of operational experience, with 14 years working in municipalities. While working with the municipalities, she was involved in all aspects of DWQMS including hazard assessments, internal auditing and SOP/ERP development. She is also a certified Cross Connection Specialist, certifying backflow preventers. While working with the Ogemawahj Tribal Council, she started implementing DWQMS in 5 communities, and worked towards Source Water Protection in all OTC communities.
