Kanekaroroks McComber

Kanekaroroks McComber has been the Event Coordinator at OFNTSC since September 2021, transitioning from her previous role as the Administrative Assistant since January 2019. She has previously attended Norwich University in Vermont and Morrisville State College in New York State. Kaka (pronounced Ga-ga) is originally from Kahnawake, Quebec and now resides in Six Nations with her partner and their daughter. 

Kaka has a passion for sports and played four years of NCAA hockey. Her current hobbies include staying active by playing hockey, kayaking, hiking and doing projects around the house such as gardening and landscaping. 

Kanekaroroks enjoys volunteering and has coached the Six Nations Atom Girls at Little NHL, volunteered at Sophie’s Skate A Thon Cancer Treatment Fundraiser, the Special Olympics, Kateri Memorial Hospital Center, and the South Dakota Sundance Culinary Academy. She has also volunteered at numerous food drives and cancer fundraisers.

Dependable, hardworking, reliable and resourceful, Kaka has proved herself to be an asset to the OFNTSC and looks forward to growing her skills and education with the organization.
