Joe comes to OFNTSC with broad senior management experience in accounting, reporting, budgeting and information technology in the banking, energy , mining and infrastructure sectors with North American and global organizations; including three years with Jacobs Consulting / Metrolinx Rapid Transit, leading project accounting, financial reporting and analysis. Joe is a member of the Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek First Nation, located in Northwestern Ontario. He holds the CPA designation, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a BA from York University.
